The mission at Fastra Global Holdings is to provide industrial robot solutions and service robots that can meet the needs of industrial production environments, and to maximize the substitution of humans with robots on the production line.
The company fully integrates advanced AI technology from the United States, applying it to robot self-awareness decision-making, understanding of the surrounding environment, and excellent motion performance. Fastra leverages China’s strong supply chain to design and manufacture cost-effective hardware components starting with the robot’s basic power system.
Fastra is one of the many featured companies slated to present at The Microcap Conference 2024, set for Jan. 30-Feb. 1 at Caesars Atlantic City Hotel and Casino. This three-day conference presented by DealFlow Events features technical programming designed for microcap investors and a presenting company track for pitching and socializing.
About Fastra Global
The company has two core divisions working collaboratively: an AI team and a robot team. The AI team consists of AI engineers in Silicon Valley. One engineer on the AI team has a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Oxford and extensive experience in AI neural networks, large-scale model training, and human-machine interaction engineering.
The robot team includes several Ph.Ds. and researchers from Imperial College London and MIT, with over 20 years of experience in the automotive, rail transportation, and energy industries. They have a deep understanding of industry customer needs and the demanding nature of industrial environments for robots. Additionally, the team has academic backgrounds in aerospace technology and has participated in several technology companies, demonstrating their expertise in reliable technological product solutions.
Different from purely technical teams, the Fastra team has a profound understanding of solutions for industrial clients (automotive, electronics, aviation, and energy), their business requirements, and the fire resistance, anti-static, dust-proof, radiation-proof, corrosion resistance, and durability required in work environments.
Moreover, the team’s unique advantage lies in their understanding of material mechanics, production process design, and industrial software coordination for industrial clients. The team has exclusive authorization from Siemens Asia-Pacific Industrial Software Training Center, Solution Center, and Delivery Center, and has collaborated with Siemens in delivering numerous projects for leading companies in the aforementioned industries.
For Q1 of 2024, Fastra plans to launch:
- Quadruped Robot Fastra D1
- Bipedal Robot Fastra H1
Also, the robot actuator motor (Actuator) and control module (Control Unit) will be released. Fastra will redefine and design a series of motors (Actuator) with high power output and large torque for use in D1 and H1.
In addition to providing dual redundant power supply and communication networks for the motors (to prevent data loss and motion control performance degradation in power and high magnetic field environments), unique designs will be implemented to ensure motor sealing, corrosion resistance, water resistance, dust resistance, anti-static properties, and heat dissipation. The team has experience in designing EV electric vehicle motors and will optimize the rotor magnetic flux model of traditional robot actuators, enabling them to possess advanced motor performance in the industry and withstand the harsh environments of industrial and outdoor settings over extended periods. This will provide Fastra robots with unique industry value.
Looking to the future
Fastra will launch a series of service robots: a robot vending machine-delivery robot solution, a cleaning robot, an indoor inspection robot, a restaurant meal delivery robot, and an outdoor inspection robot. These robots will serve commercial users.
The Fastra team plans to utilize the latest large-scale predictive models to optimize the task allocation for multiple robots, ensuring that robots within the same commercial establishment have a deep understanding and comprehension of the same customer tasks, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.
