History of the Company
SOLOWIN HOLDINGS is a holding company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands in 2021. They conduct business through a wholly-owned subsidiary, Solomon JFZ (Asia) Holdings Limited (“Solomon JFZ”), which is a limited liability corporation incorporated in Hong Kong SAR in 2016. SOLOWIN joined the Nasdaq on Sept. 6, 2023.

SOLOWIN has scaled rapidly with a dynamic management team. The subsidiary, Solomon JFZ, is run by a young, ambitious leadership team with extensive experience in the brokerage and funds management industries.
CEO Shing Tak Tam has over 13 years of experience in the securities brokerage industry. His expertise includes the functions of securities dealer, compliance, risk management, asset management, research and advisory services activities.
CFO Lily Liu has more than 12 years of experience in finance operations, financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, internal control, funding and M&A.
COO Tze Bun Cheng has 10 years of experience in securities brokerage and investment where he mainly focused on financial services, administrative and management functions.
