Urbanimmersive offers sophisticated digital tools powered by artificial intelligence for real estate photography. This includes imaging and 3D mapping to create realistic environments that enable consumers to take an online virtual tour of a house or other property. This saves time for both the buyer and the real estate agent, as the technology enables anyone to explore and evaluate or eliminate multiple properties under consideration in less time than it takes to tour one house in person.
Urbanimmersive is one of the many featured companies slated to present at The Microcap Conference 2024, set for Jan. 30-Feb. 1 at Caesars Atlantic City Hotel and Casino. This three-day conference presented by DealFlow Events features technical programming designed for microcap investors and a presenting company track for pitching and socializing.
History of the company
Founded in 2007, Urbanimmersive initially developed a series of 3D software and processes to apply 3D imaging applications to real environments by offering real estate photographers and 3D drawing services. The company’s core product was an immersive 3D emulator delivering a cost-effective alternative to traditional 3D engines for the creation of immersive and interactive digital environments.
In 2012, the company raised $2.5 million through a CPC qualifying transaction on the TSX-V to accelerate the immersive emulator technology commercialization within the real estate industry. Its initial “push” marketing strategy for the 3D emulator real estate solution rapidly proved that the customer acquisition cost to commercialize its product was higher than initially expected. Over the years, the company has launched many innovative 3D marketing solutions – notably UiMeet3D, 3D Pocket websites and its 3D Video Fusion. The company has also acquired many brands including the SaaS business, Tourbuzz, as well as real estate photo agencies HomeVisit, Imoto, EGP Technovirtuel, Immophoto and Agento Marketing.
Urbanimmersive aims to diversify its operations in other verticals with those products, including home inspection, rentals, hotels & resorts.

Looking to the future
Urbanimmersive will unveil a transformative approach to real estate imaging with 3D Video Fusion, which promises to elevate the standards of digital spatial interaction. The company has created an integration method that unites the immersive experience of 360-degree videos with the intricate navigation capabilities of 3D digital environments. This evolution in the user experience promises to be the future of digital space exploration.
The core of Urbanimmersive’s innovation is in its 3D Digital Twins 360-Video Fusion. This technology departs from the traditional linear viewing experience typically associated with 360-degree videos. Instead, it introduces an interactive space where viewers can navigate freely.
The real estate sector stands to reap tremendous benefits from Urbanimmersive’s advancements. Traditional challenges such as the high cost of creating immersive 3D models or the perceived emotional disconnect associated with them are being overcome.
By combining the 3D tour, 360-video and a 2D floor plan into a single, comprehensive presentation, real estate professionals can now use a tool that delivers superior client engagement.
While the real estate sector is the main beneficiary of this technology, at the moment, its versatility suggests uses across multiple industries, opening avenues in new sectors such as tourism, education and virtual event planning.
Urbanimmersive appears well-positioned to address both current and future demands in multiple markets. A recent private placement and debt restructuring puts the company in a solid financial position to capitalize.
The company may also consider an uplist on the Junior Nasdaq at some point in time.
